This employer is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join a critical engineering, operations, and tech refresh contract supporting Enterprise IT capabilities for an Intelligence Community customer. The role involves complex documentation for a global operation, making a significant impact on national security missions.

• Create and write various types of user documents, including how-to guides, reference manuals, and instructions.
• Translate complex scientific and technical ideas into simple, understandable language for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for system components and artifacts.
• Provide leadership and serve as the primary liaison for technical writing tasks and government coordination.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documentation for software, systems engineering, operations, and testing.
• Distill intricate information into clear, concise, and accurate text under tight deadlines, utilizing various documentation tools and mediums.

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Proven ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text.
• Demonstrated excellent writing and grammar skills, with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience, including a minimum of five years in a technical or lead writing role.
• Experience designing and delivering developer-oriented documentation and collaborating directly with development teams.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, IC ITE, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and related terminology.
