Senior UX Designer

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Communications, Media, and Technology practice. In this role, you will lead the user experience process from concept to delivery-transforming user insights into high-impact visual design and intuitive digital products. Operating within an Agile framework, you will collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to elevate product interfaces and drive user engagement.

responsibilities:

• Lead user-centered design processes including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and design specification delivery.
• Design and optimize site interactions and landing pages to improve business metrics such as performance, retention, and conversion.
• Plan and execute usability testing and A/B testing methodologies to validate design choices against real user data.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to maintain design systems and scalable solution architectures.

qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of dedicated professional experience in UX Design utilizing Figma, Miro, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Jira/ADO, and Confluence.

Proven track record of leading user experience workflows in an Agile/scrum environment.

5+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration concepts and design integration.

Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity (minimum 3 days/week) in Plano, TX.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Industry experience within the Communication, Media, and Technology (CM&T) domain.

SAFe Agile training or certification.

Hands-on expertise with secondary prototyping tools such as Principle or Axure.
