Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise software solutions. Plan and deliver complex, long-term projects involving multiple teams and external dependencies. Oversee application architecture, implementation, maintenance, support, and technical debt management. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based applications and services. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate and adopt new technologies. Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and code review best practices.

Communicate architectural decisions and technical strategies to engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Drive innovation through modern cloud-native, containerized, and serverless application architectures. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across Agile development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enterprise solutions. Develop RESTful web services and enterprise integrations. Support CI/CD implementation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud deployment strategies.
