Scrum Master

Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support enterprise platform initiatives. This role will gather requirements, work with stakeholders and technical teams, manage Agile backlogs, and support testing through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and stakeholder workshops

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation

• Partner with ServiceNow developers and architects on scalable solutions

• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, release readiness, and user training

• Recommend process improvements using ServiceNow capabilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience

• 3+ years of direct ServiceNow experience

• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or related modules

• Strong Agile/Scrum, Jira or Azure DevOps experience

• Experience with UAT, stakeholder management, and documentation

• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred: ServiceNow CSA and/or Scrum certification.
