Project Manager / Scrum Master – Healthcare

We are seeking a Project Manager with Scrum Master experience and a healthcare background to manage project delivery and support Agile teams for Anthem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Remove blockers and coordinate with business and technology teams.

• Track delivery progress and provide project status updates.

Requirements:

• Experience in both Project Management and Scrum Master roles.

• Healthcare industry experience; health insurance/payer experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project delivery practices.

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work on Optimuss W2 and attend a nearby Anthem office as required.
