The Role

• Collect and pack an average of 150 orders per shift using an efficient 'product-to-person' system.
• Ensure the quality of products being packed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Contribute to a seamless customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare orders for delivery in a high-tech warehouse setting.

What You'll Need

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess the physical fitness and willingness to perform active work.
• Demonstrate initiative and a desire to learn new skills.
• Communicate effectively in basic Dutch or English.
• Be available for 24-40 hours per week, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts.
• Hold a valid EU ID or work permit.
