The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including maintenance, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your vehicle stock, complete necessary reports, and ensure excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, embodying its values with every customer interaction.
• Adapt to diverse tasks and challenges, thinking on your feet to provide the best solutions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
