Responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships in the life sciences and analytical instruments market. Remote role based in North Carolina.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Coach and support sales professionals to enhance performance and customer outcomes
Lead cross-functional partnerships to deliver customer value and competitive advantage
Conduct market analysis and pipeline management to identify business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in sales management
Deep knowledge of laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instruments markets
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office suite
Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic account management skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40-60% of time
Compensation:
$131,000-$193,000 base
