Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations for enterprise reporting.
2. Develop SQL queries, integrate data from multiple sources, and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
3. Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver scalable business intelligence and reporting solutions.
4. Ensure data quality, validate reporting accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to support analytics and process improvement initiatives.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards, business intelligence solutions, SQL queries, and enterprise reporting applications.
Technical Skills	Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, SQL, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, Performance Optimization
Business / Domain Skills	Requirements Analysis, KPI Development, Data Analysis, Reporting & Analytics, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise or government reporting environments.
2. Experience integrating data from enterprise systems and data warehouses.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
