Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year
Requirements:
We value marketing and growth-oriented web experience, with familiarity in funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing. We look for strong frontend skills in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or a comparable framework, along with a sharp eye for UI and UX quality. We want proven commitment to performance and accessibility, backed by concrete production improvements. We prefer experience working with a headless CMS and structured content models; Sanity exposure is a plus.

We value strong collaboration with cross-functional partners such as designers, content creators, and marketers, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical tradeoffs. Additional experience with internationalization and localization systems is an advantage. Familiarity with web analytics, experimentation platforms, and third-party integrations such as video hosting or error monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

We own frontend work across both our product interface and marketing surfaces, delivering a cohesive and polished experience throughout the customer journey. We build and improve our CMS and content infrastructure so content and marketing teams can manage updates through self-serve workflows without relying on engineering. We partner with marketing, sales, and operations to implement analytics, support experimentation, and ship measurable growth features.

We make localization a core part of the experience by supporting multilingual content, translation workflows, and the underlying infrastructure. We treat performance as a product feature by owning Core Web Vitals, asset optimization, and diagnosis of issues such as layout shift, lazy loading, video quality, and render timing. We champion accessibility by promoting semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-minded component design. We contribute to a web experience that stays aligned across the app and website while supporting the needs of non-engineering teams.
