Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate integration and application development teams, focusing on Finance, Merchandising, and Product Development systems.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
  • Oversee the implementation of key systems and report on progress to technology leadership.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to shape the technology roadmap and ensure solutions meet strategic expectations.
  • Lead teams of product owners, application analysts, developers, and integration specialists.
  • Drive solution delivery to support business objectives and advance overall IT maturity.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise systems.
  • Experience in a retail environment, including ERP, Merchandising, and Product Development domains.
  • Proven experience implementing governance, SLAs, and best practices in an enterprise systems environment.
  • Extensive experience with API integrations and cloud-based service platforms.
  • Strong understanding of core finance and accounting business processes.
