The Role

• Planning, execution, and reflection of educational offers and activities.
• Pedagogical work with individual children and small groups.
• Household and caregiving tasks (e.g., kitchen duty, changing diapers, etc.).
• Conceptual teamwork and joint planning and organization of daily routines.
• Support in the implementation of concepts and projects.

What You'll Need

• State-recognized training as a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), or a degree in social pedagogy, or comparable training qualifying as a pedagogical specialist in day-care facilities.
• Enjoyment of pedagogical work with children and a big heart.
• Enthusiasm for diverse challenges and openness to various providers and institutions.
• Creativity and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility.
