The Role

• Planning, execution, and reflection of pedagogical offers and activities
• Pedagogical work with individual children and small groups
• Support with household and care tasks (e.g., kitchen duty, diaper changes)
• Conceptual teamwork and joint planning/organization of daily routines
• Assisting in the implementation of concepts and projects

What You'll Need

• State-recognized training as a Heilerziehungspfleger (m/f/d), Social Pedagogy degree, or comparable qualification recognized as a pedagogical specialist in childcare facilities
• Passion for pedagogical work with children and a compassionate nature
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges and openness to various employers and institutions
• Creativity and teamwork skills
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
