Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- University graduation in a related field (such as Commerce, Communications) plus 4+ years progressively responsible related experience OR diploma in a related field and a minimum 6+ years of progressively responsible work experience.
- Change management methodologies and principles. (3+ Years).
- Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments through workshops, focus groups, and surveys. (3+ Years).
- Experience developing and implementing effective change plans. (3+ Years).
- Experience developing and implementing effective communication plans. (3+ Years).
- Experience developing and implementing effective training plans. (3+ Years).
- Experience developing and implementing resistance management plans. (3+ Years).
- Experience developing and maintaining organizational change management approaches and toolkits. (3+ Years).
- Experience identifying and tracking change management key performance indicators (KPIs) and key behavioural indicators (KBIs). (3+ Years).
- Experience with Change management lifecycle (business and system). (3+ Years).
- Experience with ERP systems change management (e.g., Finance, HCM/Payroll, Supply Chain Management). (3+ Years).
- Experience working as Change Manager on large complex custom software application development project. (3+ Years).
- Experience executing change impact assessments to understand and document scope/scale of changes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project sponsors, project teams, operational teams, vendors, cross-functional teams, and Change Network to ensure all project activities are completed.
- Collaborate with Program Manager in the development of project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks.
- Assist with risk management and issues management.
- Build and deliver presentations relating to change management for various levels of the organization.
- Plan and facilitate meetings with management and other stakeholders as required.
- Conduct stakeholder identification and stakeholder analysis.
- Assess and manage key stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis, change impact analysis.
- Develop and implement effective change strategies and plans.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans.
- Develop communication materials.
- Develop and implement resistance management plans.
- Ensure information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the project/program.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Identify risks and issues relating to change management functions.
- Conduct business and stakeholder readiness assessments.
- Proactively engage and lead relevant stakeholder engagement in support of ongoing adoption and sustainment.
- Provide specialized advice and support to ensure the consistent and effective application of change management methodology, tools, and approaches.
- Leverage approved digital, collaboration, and AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to support change analysis, content development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and reporting activities.
- Ensure new technology solutions or applications are rolled out successfully and in a sustainable way.
- Writing compelling copy to create engaging communications.
- Understand the role of communication in change management - working to reposition organizational change and end user needs and expectations.
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrated experience in consultation, facilitation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. (3+ Years).
- Work experience creating and using advanced Excel skills such as Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc. (3+ Years).
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations. (3+ Years).
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (3+ Years).
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contract requirements, deliverables, and performance tracking. (3+ Years).
- Experience using Visio for process mapping. (3+ Years).
- Experience utilizing AI Productivity Tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, Gemini, NotebookLM) to enhance content development and workflow efficiency. (1+ Year).
- Experience with Digital Adoption Tools (e.g., WalkMe) for creating in-application guidance and support. (1+ Year).
- Experience with risk management and issues management. (3+ Years).
- Experience working in or for the public sector. (1+ Year).
- Experience working with MS Project tools. (3+ Years).
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills. (3+ Years).
- Stakeholder engagement and working with the stakeholder community, clients, partners, and service providers affected by ERP applications.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualification And Education:
- Certification with one of the following Change Management certification or accreditation (e.g., Prosci, APMG, CMI or similar) from a recognized issuing body.
