About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Automation Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and development of a company-wide test automation platform.

You should be a hands-on technical leader who can build scalable automation solutions, guide development teams, and improve software testing for enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ years of Software Development experience
• 8+ years as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Principal Engineer
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
• REST API development
• SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Microservices architecture
• ReactJS
• NodeJS
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
• Kafka (preferred)
• Enterprise Architecture experience

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the company's automation testing platform.
• Build scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Develop REST APIs and automation services.
• Design database solutions and optimize SQL queries.
• Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement cloud-based and microservices architecture.
• Establish coding standards and best practices.
• Lead code reviews and mentor developers.
• Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Drive automation and platform modernization initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience building Automated Testing Frameworks (ATF)
• Test Automation experience
• Financial Services or Banking domain experience
• Experience in regulated environments
• AI-based testing or Intelligent Automation
• Cloud modernization experience
