We are seeking dedicated tutors to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in your local community. Join an impact-driven organization committed to transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners with flexible, trauma-informed approaches.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, report on activities, and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance can be provided if needed).
• Right to work in the UK.
