The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems, as an automotive mechatronics technician. • Take on the additional function of "Operations Manager (HWK)" with responsibility for technical-professional matters, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order acceptance to vehicle handover with a high level of service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory processes, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive meister, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the proficiency test for operations managers or already possess the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, PC proficiency, and comfort with administrative tasks. • A strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting, equal-level collaborations.
