The Role

• Lead and manage the team within the fire protection department.
• Oversee the onboarding of new employees and promote a culture of knowledge exchange.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans, and ensure continuous professional development.
• Create and maintain templates, documents, and processes for efficient and standardized workflows.
• Monitor the market for relevant trends, innovations, and developments in the field.
• Contribute to technical articles for trade publications and social media channels.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Fire Protection, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating fire protection concepts and planning, with proven leadership experience.
• Experience working with public transport operators is advantageous.
• Knowledge of calculation, pricing, client relationship management, and a passion for knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Structured, independent work ethic with strong reliability, accuracy, and excellent German communication skills (C1 level).
