Required Salesforce Developer - Dallas - Onsite

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to design, develop, customize, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into reliable platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, and external services.
  • Apply Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Develop reusable, testable, and secure code aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation scripts.
  • Support CI/CD and release management using tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, code reviews, and estimation activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and scheduled Apex
    • Lightning Web Components and JavaScript
    • SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling
    • Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
    • REST and SOAP integrations
    • Salesforce security and sharing
    • Git-based source control and deployment processes
  • Experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, governor limits, and bulkification.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Administrator, or relevant integration certification.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps Center, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation or multi-org Salesforce programs.
