The Role

• Construct and erect overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks.
• Safely operate machinery and equipment required for line construction.
• Contribute to projects that support the energy transition and climate protection goals.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade qualification (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, locksmith, electrician).
• Comfortable with heights and physically fit, with proficiency in German.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior formal training.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and be highly willing to travel for work, typically Monday to Friday, including overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently while also being reliable and a team player.
