Key responsibilities:

Develop, optimise and maintain multi-axis CNC programmes using CAM software.<br />Design and implement effective production tooling, fixtures and manufacturing solutions.<br />Take ownership of manufacturing processes from initial concept through to production.<br />Support new product introduction, process development and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.<br />Provide technical support to production teams while ensuring compliance with quality, Health &amp; Safety. Production Engineer - Essential Skills &amp; Experience: Proven experience in CAM programming, using Siemens NX or similar.<br />Manufacturing engineering experience within automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering.<br />Experience in manufacturing, production engineering and fixture design.<br />Strong knowledge of GD&amp;T and problem solving skills.<br />Relevant HNC, HND, degree-level qualification or apprentice trained.
