Job Description

Role: Technical Program Manager
Domain: AI Platforms
Location: Edina MN

Travel: Required

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate complex technology programs across engineering, product, architecture, data, AI, and platform teams.
  • Manage program planning, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities and technology roadmaps.
  • Coordinate programs involving data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify blockers and dependencies and drive cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and program updates.
  • Support Responsible AI governance for AI-enabled initiatives.

 

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of Technology Program/Technical Program Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex programs across Engineering, Data, AI, Product, or Platform teams.
  • Strong roadmap planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, and Responsible AI preferred.
  • Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Spend Management experience is a plus.
