The role will drive complex platform, migration, integration, and transformation programs while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution across multiple teams.

- Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, and progress updates.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and data-driven decision making.

Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
- Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.
- Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
- Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
- Experience in high-growth technology organizations.
