A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the Quartz Operations Engineer - Reliability Support (w/ Strong Linux Platform)

Position Type: Full time, Hybrid Onsite Contract --- (***Hybrid Position - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work in a week!!!)

Job Description:
Role: Quartz Operations Engineer - Reliability Support (w/ Strong Linux Platform)
Team: Quartz Operations / MAPS (Markets Platform Support)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Experience: Minimum 7+ Years
It is an Operational Role Supporting Quartz Platform Monitoring, Triage, and Production Stability. It is NOT a Full SRE (Site Reliability Engineer), but an adjacent role.

***Need a Strong Linux + Observability Experience (Required).

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Strong Linux Platform Expertise Required
• Monitoring + Triage Experience Required
• Dynatrace Tool.
• Splunk
• Python Exposure Required (Not Full Development)
• Quartz Platform Familiarity (Preferred)
• Production Support Experience Required

Nice to Have:

• MySQL
• CI/CD Exposure
• Cloud Familiarity (Azure)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Quartz platform Reliability/Health
• Perform initial Triage
• Triage production issues
• Work Closely with with SREs
• Escalate to SRE/Engineering teams
• Maintain dashboards and logs
• Maintain observability dashboards
• Support operational workflows
• Monitor Ouarts Operations
• Monitor Quartz platform
• Respond to Alerts
• Perform Initial Triage

***Client HM Notes:

• This role is similar to SREs ("Site Reliability Engineer")
• Strong Linux experience is the KEY.
• Python Exposure ONLY.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Rate Range: $60/hr-$64/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
