The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Workshop Manager, overseeing technical operations, adhering to company standards, and managing daily schedules. • Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Handle invoicing, manage customer payments, and manage incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, conduct inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards and corrective actions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a Master Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required certification or already possess Workshop Manager (HWK) qualification. • A Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
