Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, designing marketing materials, and enhancing brand presence. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field who has a passion for both marketing strategy and visual design.

Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. • Design and produce engaging visual content including social media graphics, email templates, flyers, and presentations. • Support social media management: schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance metrics. • Help coordinate events, photo shoots, and promotional activities as needed. • Conduct market research and compile reports on marketing performance and competitor analysis. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects. • Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring files are current and easily accessible.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. •5-8 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role (internship experience welcomed). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. •

Preferred Skills • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics. • Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are a plus.
