The Role • Provide post-installation service and support for electronic security systems at customer sites. • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults. • Perform routine configuration changes and document all system modifications. • Conduct pre-deployment testing for software upgrades and major modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience in installing and troubleshooting low voltage electronic security equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
