The Role

• Respond to service tickets to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
• Independently and collaboratively diagnose and resolve electronic security system issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize system availability and identify potential faults.
• Perform system configuration adjustments, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications and technical details accurately.
• Execute pre-deployment testing for upgrades and major modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with low voltage equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Solid understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
