We're hiring on behalf of a leading organization in autonomous mobility, recognized for its innovative approach to shaping the future of transportation. This company is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to enhance their Operations Training department, focusing on developing impactful and engaging learning experiences.

The Role

• Design educational content in alignment with instructional design principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop curricula for various learning formats, including live classrooms, workshops, and e-learning, utilizing AGILE methodologies.
• Create interactive and immersive online learning experiences using advanced eLearning authoring tools.
• Update and re-author existing online learning content to improve learner engagement and ensure SCORM compliance.
• Evaluate training solutions for quality, scalability, and impact, implementing iterative improvements for measurable outcomes.

What You'll Need

• 6-8 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on blended learning (e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training).
• Proficiency in creating engaging learning content with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to visualize and articulate instructional flows and learner journeys.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects and achievements.
