In-Home HVAC Sales Representative

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an In-home HVAC Sales Representative to drive residential comfort solutions. You'll visit pre-set and self-generated appointments, evaluate customer needs, and present HVAC replacement and upgrade options with clear pricing, financing, and warranties. Partnering with expert technicians and installers, you'll ensure seamless installations and outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
• Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC replacement and upgrade estimates
• Educate homeowners on system options, financing, and warranties
• Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generate referrals
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure seamless job completion
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete required paperwork
• Uphold ARS-Rescue Rooter safety, ethics, and customer service standards
