Schedule Expected First-Year Earnings:

$50,000 – $75,000+ Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time Location: In-person role in the Kansas City, MO area Actual earnings may vary based on performance. Responsibilities Meet with prospective and current clients through scheduled appointments

Educate clients on available products and services

Provide recommendations based on individual needs

Maintain relationships with clients and provide follow-up support

Track client interactions and activity using company CRM software

Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development sessions

Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and team goals

Qualifications We provide training, but successful candidates typically have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional attitude and reliable work ethic

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license

Helpful but not required: Customer service experience

Retail, hospitality, or sales background
