Role - General Manager

Rquired Expereince- Contact Centre Sales, Demand Consumer Analysi : 15 years in sales

Location- Mumbai

Responsilbilties :-

1. Reporting to the E Business Head

2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Product, Call Center, Customer

Services, Digital Marketing and I.T., HR) & assist in all aspects of the Ecommerce business

including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online

marketing, product merchandising, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web

technologies

3. Responsible for CAPEX with an end to end responsibility of P&L

4. Responsible for the development and management of the user experience of the online direct

sales business including site navigation, content, development, checkout funnel, and promotional

campaigns.

5. Will be leading a team of incumbents to curate, innovate and experiment new ideas and bring

about new ecommerce business transformations that rise above an unprecedented customer

experience.

6. Responsible for P&L, top line and bottom-line for the Category

7. Operational Excellence - Drives functions to achieve quality and on-time delivery metrics.

Ensure commitments for functionality and innovation are delivered timely within the budget

8. Collaborate with global and local functional teams and business units to ensure smooth end-toend

execution of global and local initiatives

9. Stay abreast of latest trends and insights in ecommerce, CRM, and digital shopper marketing.

Works with stakeholders to improve, develop and advocate new CRM, digital marketing, and

Ecommerce opportunities

10. Responsible to setup and drive the online sales through call center

11. Responsible to achieve the sales and P&L targets for the business

12. Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop Ecommerce solutions
