ROLE: SAP HCM PAYROLL

LOCATION: REMOTE

Duration: Long-term

 

Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.

Self-driven professional

Strong expertise in:

SuccessFactors Employee Central.

SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).

Employee and organizational replication.

Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.

Data mapping and transformation.

Foundation object and HR master data structures.

Must have strong proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios

 

Experience working with:

EC Payroll.

SAP HCM.

SAP S/4HANA.

CPI integrations preferable

 

Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.

Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
