Software Integration Engineer (All Levels) - Active TS/SCI with with Security Clearance

Software Integration Engineer (Levels 1–3) EMTAK is hiring multiple Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) / Software Integration Engineers to support a rapidly growing Intelligence Community program. We are seeking engineers with a strong Linux background to support mission operations infrastructure and software integration. The ideal candidate will have experience with Linux system administration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system reliability in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities * Support mission operations infrastructure and software integration * Develop and maintain automation, monitoring, alerting, and resiliency solutions * Troubleshoot customer environments, software integrations, and operational issues * Perform Linux system administration and operational support * Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and system metrics * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency Note: Candidates should expect to spend up to 50% of their time initially performing Linux system administration while becoming familiar with the mission environment and infrastructure. Required Technical Skills * Strong Linux system administration experience with RHEL, Rocky Linux, CentOS, SLES, and Ubuntu * Scripting experience with Python and Bash (C experience is a plus) * Infrastructure automation using Ansible and Salt * Monitoring and alerting using Nagios, Thruk, Prometheus, and Grafana * Experience supporting Splunk dashboards and log analysis * Version control using GitBucket or Git * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Slurm * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Desired Qualifications * Passion for automation and continuous improvement * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving mission requirements * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph * Experience supporting Linux-based enterprise, production, or mission environments * Open to Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3
