Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Content Strategy & Governance – Deal Management, Global Payments & Trade to join our Sales Enablement, Global Payments & Trade team. This role is located in London

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead the development and ongoing management of a content governance framework across Sales Enablement and Proposal & DDQ content.
  • Oversee content maintenance and quality assurance across platforms including Seismic, Loopio, and SharePoint.
  • Own and evolve foundational Global Payments & Trade narratives, messaging, and strategic content to ensure consistency and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain structured processes for content creation, review, approval, publication, archival, and retirement.
  • Establish and manage a content maintenance calendar informed by business priorities, content usage, product updates, market events, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Proposal & DDQ teams to identify opportunities for content reuse and reduce duplication.
  • Create more efficient content workflows that minimize unnecessary subject matter expert involvement and centralize feedback processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to improve content operations, including workflow efficiency, searchability, summarization, tagging, and maintenance.
  • Use content performance data, usage analytics, and stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption of content standards, governance practices, and new tools through effective stakeholder engagement and change management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A number of years relevant experience in content strategy, content governance, sales enablement, marketing, or product-related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex content libraries, editorial calendars, or structured content maintenance programs.
  • Proven experience establishing or supporting content governance practices, including ownership models, review processes, version control, taxonomy, and metadata standards.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
