Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us
UNIFI is the specialist B2B marketing division of ROI Automotive, delivering high performing marketing campaigns for leading automotive brands across the UK.
We're a growing team of marketing specialists, combining creativity, industry knowledge and strategic thinking to help our clients connect with their audiences and achieve their business goals. Working with exciting automotive brands, we're always looking for fresh ideas and new ways to create content that stands out and delivers results.
The Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive LinkedIn Content Manager to join our growing UNIFI team.
You'll take ownership of organic LinkedIn activity across a portfolio of automotive clients, developing content strategies that increase engagement, grow relevant audiences and strengthen brand presence.
Working alongside our Account Management, Campaign and Content teams, you'll manage everything from initial ideas through to content creation, publication and performance reporting. You'll also develop executive profiles and thought leadership content, helping position senior stakeholders as credible voices within their industries. We're looking for someone who enjoys thinking differently and isn't afraid to get out from behind their desk. Whether attending events, speaking with sales teams or capturing vehicles at handovers, you'll know how to turn everyday business activity into engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver LinkedIn content strategies across multiple B2B client accounts.
Own the end-to-end content process, including planning, creation, scheduling and publication.
Create engaging written, visual and video content that drives audience growth and engagement.
Develop executive profiling and thought leadership content.
Proactively identify and capture content opportunities, including attending client events.
Collaborate with wider UNIFI teams to deliver integrated client campaigns.
Monitor performance, report on results and continually optimise content.
Build strong client relationships, providing recommendations and confidently advising on content direction.
What We're Looking For
You'll have proven experience managing LinkedIn content professionally, with the confidence to develop strategies and deliver the content yourself.
This role would suit someone from a marketing agency managing multiple accounts, or an in house content specialist who has taken ownership of their organisation's LinkedIn presence.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience creating and managing LinkedIn content for business or client accounts.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform.
Hands on content creation skills, including copywriting, photography and video.
Experience developing content strategies and measuring performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different brands and audiences.
Confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders.
A proactive, organised approach, comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership.
Experience within an agency, B2B marketing, executive thought leadership or the automotive sector would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Why Join Us?
We understand how important it is to look after our employees, so in return for your hard work, we offer great benefits including:
£500 annual health and wellbeing allowance.
Access to education bursaries.
A day off and voucher for your birthday.
Company pension.
Healthcare plans including private medical insurance and dental cover.
22 days annual leave, rising to 30 with length of service.
Subsidised car purchase schemes.
Hybrid working.
How to Apply
If you're passionate about LinkedIn, enjoy creating content that makes an impact and want to work with exciting automotive brands, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today to join our UNIFI team!
We encourage applications from all backgrounds and are committed to providing an inclusive, supportive workplace.
