Role: IT Contract Compliance Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (100% Onsite)
Local Candidates Only
We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Compliance Analyst with a strong background in IT contract administration, budget management, procurement, and financial compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, budget administration, financial analysis, or procurement.
  • Experience preparing and managing RFPs, RFQs, purchase requisitions, contracts, and budget documentation.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement, financial compliance, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Financials/EBS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
