Job Description

Please keep in mind, this is basic program management. The role doesn’t need someone who is a certified program manager, it needs someone with 3-5 years of corporate experience that can work independently (with some direction) and can do accurate data entry, take great meeting notes in a defined template and do some complicated data entry into Service Now.

Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, Post Investigation Remediation, the Compliance Manager will assist in the management and further development of the company''s enterprise Post Investigation Remediation Program. Responsibilities will include assuming management over several key functions of the Program; for example; Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, Individual Incident Remediation, Continuous Improvement, or Post Implementation Effectiveness Monitoring.

Primary management of one or more key functions of the Program (e.g,, Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, or Individual Remediation Facilitation, etc.

Perform analytics, prepare and present executive reports, document program activity, and measure effectiveness of the assigned Program functions.

Maintain active and constructive working relationships throughout the company to ensure effective cross-functional relationships and increase Program awareness.  May include delivering presentations and training on the Program or substantive compliance topics as needed.

As a key member of an integrated Program, participate cross-functionally in other Program initiatives such as risk assessments, awareness campaigns, compliance program development in specific compliance areas, and implementation of technology solutions.

Develop training, communications, job aids and online resources for employees in support of assigned Program function.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor''s Degree preferred

4-7 years Relevant compliance-related experience required
