Job Description

Client: Miami Dade County

POSITION: Senior Software Engineer

LOCATION: Remote

DURATION: 6 Months

RATE: $60/hr C2C

INTERVIEW: Video

REQUIRED SKILLS

3-5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and supporting Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM environments, including workflow customization and integrations.
Strong experience troubleshooting billing/invoicing workflows, handling billing failures, updating billing logic, automation rules, and supporting fiscal close processes.
Proven ability to integrate Remedy/Helix ITSM with ERP platforms, particularly PeopleSoft or INFORMS, and support financial data exchanges.
Experience analyzing failed billing transactions, diagnosing workflow issues, working with chartfields and financial data structures, and reprocessing items end-to-end.
Ability to develop dashboards, maintain system documentation, support knowledge transfer, and operate effectively in deadline-driven financial environments.
