Product Management Trainer

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and facilitation sessions on product management frameworks such as problem framing, discovery, prioritization, road mapping, OKRs, and experimentation.
• Create and maintain instructional content tailored to various product types and business contexts.
• Utilize AI-assisted product management tools and methods for effective teaching and learner engagement.
• Adapt training materials and examples to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Manage learner records with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product outcomes and enhance training effectiveness.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Instructional Design experience.
• Professional certifications in Product Management.
• Experience in the airline industry.
• 8+ years of strong experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or PM Coach in modern product organizations.
• Proven ability in training and facilitation, content creation, and product management.
• Experience with AI-assisted product management tools and methods (e.g., AI-assisted research, synthesis, prototyping, analytics).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-moving environment with multiple cohorts or training cycles.
