EPIC SME

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide SME expertise in EPIC Clarity, Caboodle, and Healthcare Data Models (HDM).

·         Lead healthcare data discovery, source-to-target mapping, and enterprise data modeling.

·         Design and optimize healthcare data warehouses, data marts, and analytics solutions.

·         Define and implement data quality, governance, lineage, and validation frameworks.

·         Work with clinical, business, operational, and technical stakeholders.

·         Support healthcare data domains including patient, provider, clinical, claims, and revenue cycle.

·         Enable trusted healthcare data foundations for AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives.

Required Skills

·         10+ years of experience in healthcare data/analytics and enterprise data platforms.

·         Strong hands-on expertise in EPIC Clarity and Caboodle.

·         Deep knowledge of Healthcare Data Models and healthcare data architecture.

·         Strong understanding of Clinical, Claims, Patient, Provider, and Revenue Cycle data.

·         Advanced SQL and Data Modeling skills, including LDM, PDM, and Dimensional Modeling.

·         Hands-on experience with Databricks, ADF, Azure SQL, and SQL Server.

·         Experience with healthcare data warehouses, analytics platforms, and data marts.
