Job Title: Business Analyst – ITS / Data Mapping

 JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong requirements-gathering and data analysis skills to support healthcare-related business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) and data mapping, and will be comfortable working across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Support initiatives involving ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform data mapping between source and target systems, including field-level mapping, data definitions, and transformation requirements.
• Analyze business processes and system functionality to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing activities, including requirements validation, defect clarification, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain business requirements documents, process flows, data mapping documentation, and related project artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System).
• Strong data mapping experience.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be local to the client location and able to meet onsite or hybrid requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior healthcare or health insurance experience.
• Experience supporting payer, claims, enrollment, eligibility, or related healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.
