Senior ERP Financials Business Analyst In Delaware or Philadelphia or NJ - Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Senior ERP Financials Business Analyst to support an ERP Financial Management System modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP Finance, PeopleSoft and/or Workday experience, with the ability to analyze current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and translate complex business requirements into implementation-ready deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 3+ years supporting ERP Finance or ERP implementations
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and/or Workday
• Strong ERP Financials experience
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Budget
  • Procure to Procurement
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Billing
  • Projects / Grants
  • Asset Management
  • General Ledger (GL)
• Experience with business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and migration validation
• Experience developing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Experience managing requirements throughout the SDLC
• Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, and defect resolution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, executives, and senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
