SCADA-Business Analyst

Utilities Experience is must 

 SCADA environment experience is preferred.

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Process Architect with a strong track record in process discovery, documentation, and improvement

• Exceptional ability to interview subject matter experts, synthesize complex information, and produce structured, high-quality documentation

• Expert proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, or equivalent)

• Solid working knowledge of process improvement methodologies—Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent (formal certification preferred but not required).

• Demonstrated experience producing SOPs, BRDs, swimlane diagrams, and business process documentation across complex, cross-functional environments

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—able to make dense, technical information clear and accessible to varied audiences

• Proven facilitation skills: comfortable leading workshops and working sessions with mixed groups of technical specialists, operations staff, and business executives
