Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI

·       Build AI Agent Systems: Design and build production-grade AI agent systems, including multi-agent workflows and orchestration layers.

·       Design Retrieval & Memory: Develop retrieval, context, and memory systems to ground AI outputs for reliable workflows.

·       Develop Backend Services: Build distributed backend services, event-driven workers, and job pipelines to deliver AI outputs reliably.

·       Create Product Experiences: Build intuitive, product-quality user experiences using React and TypeScript for complex AI capabilities.

·       Establish AI QA: Create patterns for AI quality assurance, including automated evaluations, regression testing, and compliance guardrails.

·       Own Deployment & Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of AI systems through CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production support.

·       Evaluate Technologies: Assess models, frameworks, and architectural approaches based on accuracy, latency, cost, and security.

·       Mentor & Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards.

·       Required Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications (LLMs, RAG, agents).

·       Required Experience: Strong Python expertise (async, type-safe) and strong React/TypeScript expertise.
