The Position

    The Hospitality Expediter is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-touch support for hospitality customers—including restaurants, hotels, and other premium service locations—by managing service cases, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining proactive customer communication in alignment with Culligan’s 5Cs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage active hospitality cases from the case queue
  • Escalate appropriately to drive service scheduling and issue resolution
  • Maintain frequent and proactive communication with internal teams and customers
  • Monitor aged unscheduled work orders and RTS statuses
  • Support SLA adherence through consistent follow-up

Qualifications

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication via phone and email.
  • Able to work between 8am to 5pm PST.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
  • Prior experience in [relevant field] preferred.
  • Proficiency in [required tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce
