Job Description

Role: Engineering Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:
Seeking an Engineering Program Manager to manage complex, cross-functional software/web programs and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Marketing teams.
  • Lead planning, standups, retrospectives, and release activities.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution.
  • Improve project processes and execution efficiency.
  • Maintain status reports, dashboards, and project trackers.
  • Translate technical updates into clear communication for leadership.
  • Understand CMS, web technologies, front-end frameworks, and AI tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Engineering Program Management or Technical Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional software programs involving multiple engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Agile/Scrum and Scrum Master experience/certification.
  • Strong technical understanding of software architecture and dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
