Program Manager: Supplier Organizational Change Management

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with expertise in supplier management and organizational change to lead critical initiatives in optimizing our supplier processes. This role involves assessing existing workflows, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and driving digital transformation efforts to enhance efficiency, compliance, and visibility across supplier activities. The ideal candidate will develop standardized tools, dashboards, and frameworks that support sustained supplier performance and risk management, while fostering alignment with organizational goals through strategic change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and improve supplier management processes, tools, and governance.


• Drive process standardization, digitization, and workflow optimization.


• Lead stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and adoption efforts.


• Develop dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reporting.


• Support supplier onboarding, performance management, risk management, and compliance activities.


• Create and maintain templates, playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.


• Lead change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier management, vendor management, procurement operations, or transformation programs.


• Strong understanding of the supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, risk, compliance, and offboarding.


• Experience improving and automating business processes.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.


• Familiarity with Agile, Change Management, Lean, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with supplier governance and risk management.


• PMP, Prosci, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, CIPS/MCIPS, or related certifications.
