Endpoint Engineering (Lead/Manager)

Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering Manager to lead a small team responsible for endpoint management, modern workplace technologies, and enterprise device lifecycle operations.
• This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical expertise, supporting a hybrid workforce across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Endpoint Engineers while driving project delivery and operational excellence.

• Administer and support enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.

• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices throughout their lifecycle.

• Oversee endpoint security, compliance, patching, software deployment, and device provisioning.

• Support Dell hardware lifecycle management and enterprise endpoint peripherals.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve endpoint services and user experience.

• Contribute to endpoint roadmap planning, budgeting, and technology modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering or End User Computing (EUC).

• Previous people management experience.

• Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune and Jamf.

• Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

• Strong Windows administration and endpoint lifecycle management experience.

• Experience supporting Dell enterprise hardware and endpoint peripherals.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or managing BYOD programs.

• Dell hardware or maintenance certifications.

• Experience with endpoint modernization and digital workplace initiatives.
