Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of Veeva CRM Administration or Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Veeva CRM
• Events Management
• Approved Email
• Account Planning
• Medical Insights
• Suggestions
• Speaker Programs
• Sponsorships
• Reports & Dashboards
• Experience with CRM configuration and workflow customisation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotechnology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
